I hereby acknowledge that I agree with the financial obligations and regultations set forth within this
in regards to the mission trip for ________________________________________on the dates of
_______________ through _______________ with Laredo Stepping Stone Ministries and/or
Mex Quest International.
I agree to send a $200.00 non-refundable group deposit for longer that one night stays or 50.00 for
overnight group stays, turned into Laredo Stepping Stone as soon as possible. I understand my dates
will not be confirmed until this deposit has been received. I also understand that this deposit, if our trip
needs to be cancelled, will be applied to another trip within one year from the selected dates.
This $200.00/50.00 will go toward my group's total price of __________________ for _____ people.
I agree to send half of the remainder due 30 days before my group's arrival date with the remainder due upon arrival.

- I agree that I will bring enough group leaders to be able to sufficiently manage the
participants under my care. Requirements for LSS are 1 adult per 5 participants.
- I agree to follow the rules set forth by Laredo Stepping Stone in regards to my personal
as well as those in my group, knowing that they have been put in place for the safety of
myself and my group.
- I and my group have read, understand and agree to the rules and regulations of LSS/MQI. I
understand that anyone in my group whose behavior blatantly disregard the rules and
regulations, therefore damaging the testimony of the group, the ministry of Laredo Stepping
Stone, Mex Quest Int. or the missionaries associated with such, is caught with alcohol,
tobacco products, illegal substances or illicit physical contact may be sent home immediately at the expense of my organization or the parents of said participant.
- I understand I am not coming on this trip with my own agenda and agree to follow the leaders
of Laredo Stepping Stone/Mex Quest Int. and the program they have set for the the time we
we will be there. I will, barring unforseen circumstances, have my group where they are
supposed to be, when they are to be there to the best of my ability, to take part in the
activities arranged for us with a flexible and cooperative attitude.
- I agree not to gossip or complain. I will bring any problems I, my leadership or participants
may have to the leadership of Laredo Stepping Stone/Mex Quest Int., that through prayer and
Godly counsel, we may come to a workable solution for all of us.
- I understand that accidents happen, but that any WILLFUL damage to or theft of Laredo
Stepping Stone/Mex Quest Int. property done by those under me will be paid for by my
organization.
- I understand that all participants in my group will have a signed and notarized release form
either mailed to Laredo Stepping Stone or given to the director immediately upon our arrival.
Any participant without said release form will NOT BE ALLOWED to stay on Laredo
Stepping Stone property or participate in Laredo Stepping Stone/Mex Quest Int. sponsored
activities.
